Create an SLA

  1. Select Settings > Business settings > SLAs > Add new.

  2. Enter a Name and Description.

  3. Select Save & continue.

  4. Select Add new in SLA time frame and enter:

    • Priority: For example, Critical, High, or Low

    • Measure resolution time: Minutes, hours, or days

    • Resolution time: Number of units in selected measure

  5. Select Save.

  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add multiple time frames.

Service windows determine when technicians can perform work orders.
